Not at all. We are 100% remote and serve businesses across Canada. Everything is done through secure cloud accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online, so your location does not matter. Many of our clients have never met us in person.
We primarily work with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Zoho Books. For receipt capture and data entry automation, we use Dext and Hubdoc. If you are on a different platform, we can discuss migration options during your free call.
Every month you receive a fully reconciled set of books including a Profit and Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and a summary of any items that need your attention. At year-end, you receive a complete package ready for your accountant or tax preparer.
Yes. We offer a separate bookkeeping cleanup service to get you caught up first, then transition you to monthly bookkeeping going forward. No judgement — we have seen everything from a few months behind to several years of backlog.
